The session covers employer and employee rights, bystander intervention strategies, and how workplaces can navigate complex government systems with clarity and confidence.

Participants will also examine what an effective workplace policy can look like—and what concrete actions different roles can take, from interns to executive leadership. Designed to be practical, accessible, and immediately useful, this training supports businesses in building informed, prepared, and values-driven workplaces.
